Got "the man with 2 brains " straight away, great film ! Struggling with number 14 ,I think it means "plethora of pinatas" as in the daft papier mache hang up donkeys that you poke with sticks to get the sweets.
I have heard it recently and don't know where ; Madagascar ?

Didnt know how to spell Penyata, pinata? but yes they are the things you smash with sticks blindfolded on your birthday. To give you another quote from the same film-
