burnt out cars
 

yet again ive just passed another burnt out car, is it the owners cause they cant afford to repair them, or is it the vandels who pinch them . wots your opinions?

I think a lot of the time, the owners aren't even insured, so if their car gets trashed or nicked they just leave it there. Hopefully the insurance companies and the legal system will soon sort the problem out of uninsured drivers.

depends. it could be joy riders. could have been used in a crime. or more than likely its an insurance job.. someone wants to mabye clear some debt. burns the car out then tells the insurance company its been nicked. police find it. their finance is now paid off. hey presto
