Re: Is this the way to Amarillo??

But why start at Edinburgh when we have Manchester just down the road and they have flights to Heathrow.

Plus you could fly to Las Vegas and then get a flight to Amarillo that might be easier than driving.

Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport is located on the east side of Amarillo, north of Interstate 40. A portion of the former Amarillo Air Force Base was converted to civilian use and became part of the airport.[72] The airport was named after NASA astronaut Rick Husband, an Amarillo native and commander of the Space Shuttle Columbia. The airport is served by several major air carriers with non-stop service to Dallas, Houston, Albuquerque, Denver, and Las Vegas.

Got that from wiki

Fly from Manchester to Las Vegas!!!

Can see it now headlines in telegraph slinks kills shill in sleep

That means going to the land of warm shandy drinkers
You can fly from Manchester to Dallas on KLM. Better than going to Heathrow and catching an American Airlines flight, they have a poor safety record.

If you fly to Las Vegas though from Manchester you can then catch a connecting flight to Amarillo instead of driving!!!
