what do you have?
 

had a little problem the other when we were buying the dec's for the tree... i always have a star(symbolising the star that led the wise men) and my partner always has a fairy....... i was wondering what everyone else has??


btw, i won....(my argument was better and i have the money!!:D)

i have a lovely angel, but iv'e got a smaller fairy futher down the tree, which was on my christmas tree in the 50's (poor thing is minus 1 leg )

I have a star but only because its built on the tree its a led fibre optic one.

i have an angel, i think it depends on what you prefer, i like to change mine every few years, the kids tend to knock most of the decs off the tree so most arnt any good come the end of xmas

I'm not having a tree, but I've got some lights round by fireplace. It's a step up from last year, when I ignored Christmas altogether (it was a bad time for me). I feel quite please with my lights :)

I have an angel on my tree, no wall or ceiling decor though, took me long enough to plaster them all, i ain't sticking holes in them.

We've got an angel on ours this year, last year it was a star.

It depends what mood i'm in when i'm putting the tree up. We've told Siobhan the fairy is watching to see if she is beeing a good girl, then she can let Santa know weather or not to visit our house.

Funnily enough it's working, she's been a very good girl :D

You're as bad as the mother who told her children that the sensor on the burglar alarm was linked to Santa watching them to see if they were being good.

Every time they moved about and the red light came on in the corner of the room they would smile, wave and say 'We're being good, Santa!' :D:D

I have a tartan type bow .. forest green and red colour.

Do have a little tree in the back room, but may not do it this year .. have quite a solid made angel for that one .. trouble is the thread loop on her back makes her dangle pecularly on the top, so have to shove the branch up her skirt, which isn't very flattering.. :eek:

We have a father christmas at the top of ours as well except he is traditionally red, not gold. He looks really elegant too, i really like it.

I have a star. Was down at my nieces the other night and they had there christmas tree up. It was all nicely decorated and the christmas stockings were up with letters in from their 2 kids, on top of the christmas tree as usual was Yoda (from star wars). Her partner is into star wars in a big way and so is her son!!!!

my tree is one of them light,s up fiber optic its about 3ft-10inc and it has red ribbons on it and i have put some crackers on it it will do me.
