Dancing On Ice

The new series of Dancing On Ice started tonight. :)

Who watched it and what did you think of the performances?

My favourite tonight was Suzanne Shaw.

Final!!!!

so Guy's, who do you want the winner 2008 to be??

Me I want Chris. He is breath taking. I know he is a bit of a show off, but , I would be if I could skate like him.

That spin he did last week ..... WOW

I was just saying, I think the girls have an advantage with the flying because they are naturally more graceful.

Yes I agree completely!! I think it would be a hell of a lot harder to be a 13st man trying to look gracefully!!

But Suzanne did send shivers down my spine, so tonight, I have phone voted Suzanne. BUT, my son nearly killed me for not voting Chris, so I phone voted Chris too :D I must admit, he has been rock solid throughout, so he deserves it, shame the ropes have let him down tonight :(

i hope Chris wins, although Suzanne was bloody good with her 2x30's i think he's gorgeous(and a great skater of course) :D

Re: Dancing On Ice

Well the Bolero!! love that music.

I don't think anyone can match Torvill and dean's In 1984, BUT I think Suzanne has been very strong all night. It's a toughy because Chris has been great all the way through, But tonight I reckon Suzanne has clinched it.

flashy 16-03-2008 19:47

Re: Dancing On Ice

Suzanne seemed to flow more in the Bolero, Chris seemed a bit stiff

lancsdave 16-03-2008 19:54

Re: Dancing On Ice

He looked very nervous before he did the Bolero. Suzanne is more pleasing on the eye to me :D

This is the reason why Accyweb Awards are running late already - I voted for Suzanne, she was wonderful - I cried.

Wasn't she fabulous! She's been my favourite from day one. I'm so glad she won, she was amazing. :D

Anyone who can come out smiling after being dumped by Darren Day is a star in my eyes. :)

I only watched the first episode, as there was a printing mistake in my paper, and when I tuned in I was disappointed to see the 'stars' weren't dancing with mice.

Have really enjoyed this series and think it's great being on Sunday night... if it had been saturday's would've missed it all.

All the way through I thought Chris was going to win it, but think Suzanne was a deserved winner on the night
:alright:

Re: Dancing On Ice

I enjoyed it, did want Chris to win but she was very good on the night. Think it is always harder for the blokes though coz they generally have to lead and do all the lifting etc where as the woman often just follows but she was excellent on the night

Re: Dancing On Ice

I thought The final score was the right one....what a wonderful final....
