I really dont get what kind of thrill you can get from flashing at someone, i have never seen a flasher nor do i ever want to but surely you cant get a sexual pleasure from flashing !!

I had a flasher once - they dont just display to you - they masturbate and utter obscenities - It really is quite frightening because you instinctively assume the worst is about to happen.

I never found out - I did report to police the day after - when asked for a description I could only tell them the colour of his shirt flap.
It transpired that there was a well known flasher operating in Ossy then (1971) who was known as 'Fresh Air Fred'

I find it bad that he was never caught, cant imagine he would still be doing it but you never know. My parents were at rhyddings then i wonder if they know anything about it, will have to ask

I don't know whether the school was informed.
I was alone decorating in the front downstairs room in the few weeks before I moved in. I had painted the window frame so the window was open and there were no curtains. I heard the obscenities and turned to look and there he was close up to the window performing in the light. I ran to the door and locked it and shouted through the letter box for him to clear off.
If you ever go past the bottom end of Lord St #26 - you will see that the end house has a much lower garden wall than the others. I lowered it - he had hidden behind the high wall that was, so that only I would witness his display.

There are many, many outdoor hobbies that we men take up that women tend to consider a waste of time but this must be the worst one anyone can have.
