In the Lake District, way up high... NY 210102 watching the sun go down over the Irish Sea, at the end of the valley, best done in mid-winter.
Even better, waking up way up high, to find there has been a temperature inversion and all the cloud is down below... just the mountain tops are visible like islands in a strange surreal world.
