What should I do?

I discovered footage that I found quite frightening regarding a new drug that is on the streets, I can't decide whether it is right to notify parents/members when it also informs moronic teenagers of a new "high" What do you think? should I have kept quiet.......or would they have found out on the internet anyway?

Kids have been doing using that stuff for nearly fifty odd years that I know of , used to be the "brown" cough bottle, chemist's own recipe had tincture of opium in it , used to be four chemists shops on Queen st. in Gt. Harwood and the kids would use a different one each day on the way to school .

dont suprise me, was a way to get stoned cheap in 60s by adding i wont say what to an innocent bottle of coca cola. kids will always experiment n find summat. can i ask why ya posted this in anything goes Busman?:confused:
