Re: McDonald's Monopoly
its not only that, if you buy a drink you get one, me n mi mates went to maccy D's in Manchester Thursday and we all bought just a drink and mi mate won a cheeseburger, we just left the rest of the ticket things on the table, none of use go there very often so it seemed pointless collecting them, Willow if i go again whilst the offer thing is still on then i will save them for you hunny :D

Re: McDonald's Monopoly
Amazingly the law student makes the mistake of drawing an erroneous conclusion from the information provided. Was anything ever said to indicate that I personally had actually eaten anything at McDonalds?

Re: McDonald's Monopoly
Have you ever thought that perhaps it is you fools who take the bait every time?
Obviously I am aware of the size of Willows family, though I assume she is more than capable to respond sensibly about her family eating there. Yet it is YOU foolish people who always ASSUME I am being nasty in everything I say, so who is the fool here? McDonalds is pretty bad for you, so I haven't been for a long time, especially not with this offer on at the same time, and you had to buy their big meals to get the tokens. Even then you only got two token per big meal, so that is still a lot of spares in my opinion, and I can't believe anyone actually eats that much at McDonalds whilst these offers are on. Note to people asking for Park lane/Mayfair.... why would anybody give you the second half if they are 99.9% likely to be searching for the other too? Last time I saw this offer they had the odds on the website or something of finding each street, don't know if they still do it. |

It may make sense to you but not everyone would think this way :p otherwise we wouldn't need the wonderful contract barristers that sort out all these problems ;) |

PLEASE NOTE that in my opening post I was informing people what we had spare to offer not actually asking for any specifics. Blazey you are a class act but you are so entertaining. :D |
Re: McDonald's Monopoly
I do aim to please, and let's face it, I have nothing better to do than study at the moment, I need to create some form of entertainment other than G Jones and Cyfr's little tiffs. Normally I wouldn't even venture into this section ;)

Re: McDonald's Monopoly
McDonalds porridge used to be the only thing I bothered going to college for. Would nip in and get some on my way into college (normally late) and would sit eating it in class to warm me up. Ahhh memories.

I think you will find that I may have FREQUENTED McDonalds more than you for porridge, but it was a while a go now and I haven't eaten there for quite some time. Either way, I am most certainly not on a diet to lose weight so it wouldn't make much difference even if I did. |
Re: McDonald's Monopoly
oh please can we not make this another thread about weight
who cares i got two from ordering a large diet coke i bet you could order s**t with sugar on and get two does it make me fat or thin or an obnoxious french fry ? no it doesnt now who has got the water works? |

You are one of those considered fortunate ones then if you can any kind of rubbish without it showing as excess weight. It doesn't mean that it does not affect your health though. It is possible to be incredibly unhealthy from eating junk food without there being any visible external signs, so the idea that it wouldn't make much difference is actually quite naive. Anyway, back to the plot - no waterworks as yet. |
Re: McDonald's Monopoly
Quote:
lol i bet i could start a few waterworks ;) |
Re: McDonald's Monopoly
Quote:
What I meant it, I do not worry all too much about my excess weight. Every woman hates something about her body whether she is fat or thin or in between. I just don't think it makes any difference if I did go in every morning for porridge, because you don't get those tokens for them from what I remember!? So I would still think it's a huge amount of McDonalds, though it clearly isn't now because it sounds like they're giving more away per meal. |
Re: McDonald's Monopoly
Went today :) got two park lanes . Dunno what this means as dont do it
|
Re: McDonald's Monopoly

Re: McDonald's Monopoly
If i remember correctly after reading something on ebay, all the ones i need are the ones where there are only a handful of them, eg Mayfair, Oxford Street (i think), Coventry Street, Strand, MArlborough Street, Northumberland Ave, Liverpool Station and Old kent road (I think it was these ones, i still have a couple of others to fill so not 100% sure)
