The only dream that I seem to have recurring is been able to run about 6 inchs above the ground...and it feels really good and I can move really fast but no idea what it means

Although I have been retired for almost 6 years....I still dream about work.
My best dream is that I can fly....... I just take a moderate run, and then leap up in the air and I can go for miles....not very high off the ground, but high enough for it to feel totally exhilarating. I always feel happy when I wake up after this dream.

I never dream. I know that everyone 'dreams' as part of the sleep process, but I'm never aware of any dreaming, as such.

As for all this dream analysis nonsense, well Freud has a lot to answer for.

The only way you will be able to run 6" inches off the ground is to get on a Treadmill!!

I hate those dreams that you wake up from and believe for a minute that whatever you were dreaming about actually happened.

I sometimes have a dream where I'm being sick over and over again into the toilet and I've got my eyes closed. When I open my eyes all my teeth are floating in the toilet bowl. Very scary, that one.

Another dream I have is the one where I turn up to work with no clothes on.

Does anyone else have these?

I have a couple of recurring dreams. The first one is i have long hair & i'm always disappointed to wake up to find i have'nt.The second one is i'm down south on my holidays & i realise its my last day there & i have'nt been to see my best mate who lives there.......At the moment, due to the medication to help me stop smoking i'm having lots of very vivid dreams which would take an age to describe.Fortunately i've not had any nightmares(yet) & don't really want any whilst my dreams are so clear.

I have one that takes place in Saskatchewan ... in the southern flatlands ... I have to catch a bus that is approaching the intersection of two empty hi ways ... I can see the bus coming and it is an old Accrington Corporation Transport double decker ... and I can see it is mine ... it's the route #1 from the Forts Arms in Clayton to the Balck Dog in Ossy ... and when I catch up to it and jump on the bus is empty and there is a copy of "Lady Chatterly's Lover" on the driver's seat.:confused::confused:

:D glad you enjoyed :D
I have a sleep disorder and have 3 spells of sleep totalling about 10 hours a day - I dream rather a lot -rarely nightmares - all interesting constructive stuff.
My sleep life is far more interesting than my waking life :D
