Dont do pepper......... and only use salt in cooking, never add it afterwards

Er i had Fish (lemon sole) with a herb crust with tomatoes and basil topped with shallots and parsley in bread crumbs Fish was flash fried then covered in the topping and oven baked.
Anne had a toasted current teacake
