If the pollen is from lilies then it will be hard to remove.......just be glad it isn't on your clothes.
A tip for you though......if you do get lily pollen on your clothes...whatever you do, DON'T try to brush it off.......lift it off with sellotape

I always cut the stamens with pollen off first. Very often a good florist will also do this for you.

Talking of pollen, my mum's friend swears this is true, though it sounds more like an unrban myth to me.

This friend's husband had died. When she returned home from the funeral she found a big bouquet of flowers left on the doorstep. Obviously there was nobody home when the funeral was on.

The flowers were beautiful, but she couldn't work out who on earth they were from. All the card said, that the florist had attached, was two names, both of whom she'd never heard of. She spent ages trying to remember how she knew them.

She never did find out who Lilly Pollen and May Stain was.:D

Was relying on you to be more sensible Margaret R, ;)

Progress up to date.

Taken nail varnish off, but still left with yellow down the back ... looks like I have just peeled a dozen oranges. Will apply dark nail varnish now.

Sink/wash basin ... Flash with bleach seems to have seen to them, so sprayed some on me arms ... sorta' worked, but what are those red rashes on me arms...

Clothes ... ah well, will just have to try stain remover when I wash them.

Why do I not wear an apron like Mum used to do ? Does anyone now ?

Don't anyone buy me lilies anymore please .. :D

I always cut the stamens off lilies........once they open that is...because i know for sure if I don't I will brush against them whilst wearing something pale and delicate...and the stains look like poo stains.....naaasty!
