The Dungeon of Dreams

Well, have you been there?

An article in the Daily Express about the Max Moseley case mentioned a lady who runs a fetish/S & M establishment of that name behind her lingerie shop in Accrington. The lady, Tracey W--------, says her place is not like a massage parlour and anyone who goes there expecting - well you know - is disappointed.

I was intrigued as to how the Express came to obtain a quote from her in the first place. What made the biggest impression on me, though, (and no pun intended there) was that she charges £100 an hour to be Mistress Pain for her clients. Sigh - all those years I wasted as a Tax Inspector when I could have been a wealthy dominatrix. :D

I remember reading about this place in the Obsever not long ago.

Fair play to Mistress Pain. :)

There was a thread about said establishment when it opened.

Yes, you can legally go and get your botty whipped in Accy...but expect a heavy fine if you light up a ciggy afterwards.:D

I see in this week's Observer that Mistress Pain has now moved her business to Oswaldtwistle.

Torture den in the high street - News - Accrington Observer

She reckons she will do very well on Union Rd........what do you think?

I wouldn't have thought so myself but who knows? ;)

Based on levels of expenses then it's possible she sees Ossy as a more wealthy place and the whip-rounds more lucrative ;)

What a shame for the building owners! Who now, presumably have an empty shop... to match the other big (empty) building they own in Accrington, they still have property in America though, and a house on the other side of Clitheroe, having gone into liquidation owing many thousands of pounds to people in and around Accrington.

One of the interesting things is that she suggests Ossy is a busier place than Accrington. I'd love to see the facts and figures, I may consider moving. Come to think of it if I move next door I could do a complimentary line of t-shirts. Mind you I might have to drop the mugs, I couldn't get £100 an hour for mine :D
