I don't see what's wrong with selling beer in metric measures. If you make sure each glass holds 530ml, you can just call it a pint...

Back in the seventies My mate Stew and me had a litre glasses behind the bar at the Coach and Horses on Hassy Old Road, mind you we did like the odd drink drink in those days, 15 or 17:D

Anyway you are all safe ....... ive given up alcohol ... it gives me a bad reputation!!!! Orange and soda all the time for me .... In fact that was the last time i had a big booze ...that with the absinthe ..... the only time since i've had anything alcoholic was the whisky in the hot toddy's i've had - and i aint had that many of them in fact the last one made me even worse and i'd only had 2 mouthfuls - and the way i make hot toddy is in a mug with about a 1cm of whisky in the bottom so it is highly diluted!!!

But mick does keep on saying that hes going to bring the absinthe to another meet ... because he had some left ......... so maybe he should take it to the accyweb xmas meet and see if anyone else will drink it ........
