Rare Bird In Blackburn

There's a story in the telegraph about a rare bird in Blackburn town centre attracting visitors from afar. Nothing great about the story but at least somebody has commented :D

Presumably it's some sort of duck. They look different with feathers on than the ones you normally see at Christmas :)

If one pops its clogs can someone save the feathers? They will be good for tying trout flies with. :D
