The kissing (or not) zone seems to have made the National Press and some of them are treating it very seriously - Ye gods! :rolleyes:

I heard today that the signs were donated to Warrington by some American city or other so they probably go back to when Burtonwood air base was still open. The date they were put up is strategic. :D
