Anger Management

Watched a young newpaper lad last week, cause his bike serious bodily harm. Looked like chain trouble. He threw it down on the floor, jumped on its main driving mechanism, delivered a paper, picked it up threw it on the floor shouting profanities. Delivered another paper, a few more kicks before picking it up and trying to put back what had gone wrong. Would have stayed to help, but had to go. Felt so sorry for him; he was very upset.

I have got mad at objects which didn't obey, like the watch I couldn't put to the correct time, and finished up throwing it at a wall, sending it to the watch cemetery ... stupid. Just sometimes you can't contain your anger..

Anyone else been guilty of this ?

At the tender age of 22, and having just passed my test, I was allowed to drive our car.
I was working at Brun House at the time and had to drive in and out of Burnley in the rush hour.
There was some recurring problem with it but dingle husband had showed me what to do -
I had to take my shoe off and whack at a particular part of the engine.(starter motor I think)
One evening at 5pm it stalled in the queue at the Mitre lights.
I knew what to do - bonnet up - shoe off - two whacks and all was fine.
I did get some smiles from other drivers

I have only done something like that once(unless my memory is foggy)......I was mad at hubby and threw all his pants in the bath(which I had filled with cold water)......he went mad too but he didn't get to go on his 'boys night out' that Friday.:)
