Guess I'll be continuing in my lifestyle after reading that. Have always said that doing things in moderation is the best course of action.

Discussion today about the Landlady who refused another 1/2 pint to a pregnant woman, then when she took a sip out of her friend's pint, the landlady asked her to leave.

The landlady was totally out of order of course, as is about choices, but as someone remarked, what will be next, MacDonalds refusing to serve a 22 stone pregnant lady with Beefburger and Chips 'cause they consider not good for the baby.

Loved the article though, just to see a positive side of 'sins' I commit everyday ... :D

No, not at all Cashman, had had one pint, then asked for a half. Just a dogooder getting on their high horse. That was the point of the story.

Even if she were rat-arsed, the landlady has no right to refuse, unless she was causing problems. We are aware of FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome), but this was not the issue here.
