You want to see how many do that on Street Wars late at night(not over the cops I must add but in front of them). Think it is an eighty pound ticket for urinating in public.

A friend of mine who ordinarily would be very quiet and placid, was out on a heavy drinking session, he sneaked down a back alley for a 'leak', the police caught him and took him to the police station, whilst waiting for what he described as an age in the front foyer, he was bursting again, so, went out the front door, down the steps, and had a pee on the corner, a police van pulled up, he expalined what had happened, and though he had rang the bell at the counter several times, noone answered, so he came outside, policemans answer... 'Its not your lucky day is it son', he was fines £120.
