Sex Change

A bloke has a sex change operation, she's in town shopping when she bumps into an old mate, how did the op go he asked, okay was the reply. Can I ask you a question, fire away, did it hurt when they cut your bits and bobs off, no not really, well not as much as when the shrank my brain and widened my mouth:D
