Walking slowly down Hynburn road with Less to the railway yesterday i had to stop to get my breath back and spotted this
Are the council trying to tell us all something ??:D

Looks like they will pinch owt these days... :D

Report today saying that our debt has been reduced from £9.9. million to £2 million in a year !!! which Graham Jones disputes .. mmm ... is quite a reduction though.

Which apparently is the cost for this year's flowers in the Floral Market Town tiers.

Which in my green fingered opinion look a bit of a bedraggled mess this season.
