GAMESTATION Accrington

i'm fuming

Reece went over to Accrington this morning to spend some of his Christmas money on a game for his ps2, he came home with Star Wars Battlefront 2 (pre-owned £9.99), put it in his ps2 and it didnt work, so i rang Gamestation up and they said he'd to take it back, he went BACK into Accy, took it back to the shop and all they did was clean the disc and give it him back....when he got home he tried it again in his ps2 and its STILL not working, i'm LIVID, just rung them again and gave them a piece of my mind....aparently they aren't allowed to check the games that come into the shop because they get so many of them, so now i have to dish out yet more bus fare for Reece to go down yet again and get another one ... kin idiots

wheres Mani when i need him?

they could have tested it after cleaning it and saved teh extra journey,complain to head office and see if they will give yo a good will gesture refund of busfares or speak to teh shops manager

they said Reece can have some money off his next purchase....and funnily enough they didnt give him anything that said that in writing...
