Its all about not spending money if they don't have to and not needing big storage facilities. We have been let down again by the people we are supposed to trust - the Government and our Councils

Ive been watching the buses go down to accrington .. and none had come back up .. until about half an hour ago ... but theres been 3 so far gone past ...
