Its Gordon Browns fault, him an his climate change scientists, Mars will be next, then it will be a tax to help the Martians.
Trouble is they've stopped the space program, so the Martians will have to wait a bit longer.

The changes aren't just on Pluto but the whole solar system.
The russians found out what is going on, but the facts weren't broadcast because it would have upset plans for carbon taxes.
The russian scientist who did the research is Dr. Dmitriev.
