can i sue

got a leaflet put through my door this afternoon aksing me to vote tory and it had a picture of PB on it.

i didnt ask for this attack and it was totaly unprovoked and it left me unable to finish me bacon butty :(

even a nuclear strike has a 3 min warning i didnt stand a chance and was caught totaly unaware

You only have a chance of winning damages if you're pictured sitting in a pram on the pamphlet, and you're being kissed by the Cllr., and you haven't given your consent for your image to be published.

Then you might have a good chance of being awarded a settlement.

That's a bit mean, considering they're both batting for the same side.

Does 'independent' mean she's all by herself, and totally alone?
