not realy a celbrity or an actor but i think teh guy who controls canned laughter shoudl be executed, he dosnt even time it right to coincide with somthing that sounds remotely humourous

Personally I like stephen fry & the meercat, simples.

As well as some of the above I'd like rid of that poof who had someone die in his swimming pool (forget his name).
