Ice Bergs
1 Attachment(s)
This was sent to me by a friend, thought I'd share it with you.
Taken by a diver from one of the oil rigs near St Johns, Newfoundland. They have to attach cables & tow them away from the oil rigs. Sun was directly overhead and a diver took this picture. Estimated weight, 300,000,000, tons Retlaw. |

Re: Ice Bergs
This is a completely false photo. The light does not add up. The bottom section looks a though it is lit from the bottom. A lot of photoshop I believe.

also the statement that came with it, that the sun was directly overhead at the time. We don't get the sun directly over head in Lancashire so how do they manage that in Newfoundland, the sun in the picture is from the left, see shadows on right face. Retlaw. |
Re: Ice Bergs
How did they get a side on view of the underwater iceberg and yet a nice shot of the ship and sky above.
A put up job I say. |
