I had a problem understanding him too.....thought it was just me though.
I don't for one minute think this clip sums up Englands History at all...but then how would I know?...I am only able to guess at what he is saying.

We do not have many Jamaicans/afro carribeans living in our area......so how would getting out more alleviate our situation?
