My face is a mess.
 

:eek: I went up Ossy last night to visit someone and unfortunately I walked around a corner on Wordsworth close and some little git , thinking he was playing in the world cup, kicked his football, smack, bang in my face. It must have hit me at 40 miles an hour. My nose is bent, my eye is black and I'm not happy................I thought he'd broken my face :eek:

All I can say is, I can stop a ball better than Robert Green........butter fingers..........should have used his face like me :eek:

I think I will apply for a job as England goalie now after that.
It really hurt..............:eek::eek:

Hope you have been to A&E and had an x-ray? You could have a broken bone somewhere. Hope you feel better soon. Pity that in those circumstances we are not quick enough to think of doing the same back. :eek::eek:

know how much it hurts got a ball to my head last year thanks to a darlington player, league 2 stuff, nearly knocked me out it certainly knocked me of my feet. Least mine was at the side of my head, as turned to avoid it hitting my face. Get it checked out sue and hope it heals soon, and flinching at any ball flying near your vicinity is normal well to me now.

Sue i hope you've been to A&E .. i didnt realise it but id broken my nose once .. and ended up at the MaxFax Clinic after getting dragged off to A&E .. i know it hurts ..tho mine are normally self inflicted .. get better soon .. and hope any bruising goes down quick ..
