Not brilliant to mid-August but since then quite fantastic. No rain since beginning of August but not as warm as normal - I am sure that I read that the UK Weather Forecasters were predicting the hottest August since records began?

I saw on the long range forecast that there was going to be un-seasonable weather especially around Benidorm - heavy snow and gale force winds:eek::):)

I sat out on my garden lounger for only a handful of days.
That lounger frame is now next to my wheely bin hoping that it will disappear next time the white lorry is out scouting for scrap metal.

up here its been boiling except for a couple of weeks of overcast:cool:bbc weather has been wrong about 80% of the time because we catch some of the gulf stream:hothothot

Summer here was brutally hot and muggy, starting in mid-June .... tomorrow and Friday will be hot and, surprise surprise, muggy ... up to about 33c.:hothothot But our long range forecast suggests more seasonal weather starting on Saturday .... and the illuminations are beginning, no electricity, just the leaves turning. It's a beautiful time of year for us. And Thanksgiving is only a couple of weeks away.:D
