Domestic Appliances WHHAT?
 

I've bought/renewed a few things about the house, upgraded the microwave to one that works, got rid of my gas fired Television, the problem I seem to have is the deep fat frier, It has two dials for temperature and timer, I've actually read the destructions, (well glanced at them as they fell out of the box).
but I can't seem to set the two dials to warm the oil unless I set the timer.
Am I supposed to start with cold oil? or warm the oil for the time cooking instructions recommend then immerse?
I must admit, so far I'm enjoying my fat free pieces of charcoal.

right shes out, wait until red light goes out,which tells yeh yer oils hot enough,then bung yer scran in.:)

just remembered less, a good tip from when paris was ill, dont do chips too quickly, they look great but are hard as rock inside, told yeh technical n cashy dont gel.:D
