Bad Luck

has anyone else had a run of bad luck so far this year?

on the 1st of January my washer stopped working, this morning i came downstairs and my boiler had split and there was black dirty water all over my kitchen....just turned my telly on and my aerials stopped working

i'm on a first aid course on Friday (13th) i'll probably end up smacking someone

Er -yes!

Saw in the New Year with a cup of tea -went to bed at 12-02 -up at 3-45 with terrible stomach cramps and was ill for several days (lost a bit of weight though which is a positive!)

Yesterday - ready to leave for the highlight of the week (ie weekly shopping) car with flat battery - jump started then ended up having to be rescued in town as the car wouldn't start again. Whatever I did seeemd to be a step backwards. Ending the day with husband telling me he'd forgotten that we'd have people for lunch today.

Have been in the kitchen from 8am till 4pm -lunch for 12 including one veggie. Have had enough...roll on 2013!:D

Your run of bad luck should be over though -here in Italy they say that bad news always comes in threes...

And the fourth bit of bad luck is number one in the next set of three.
Flashy and Dianne....I don't know who brought your new year in, but you know next year not to let them do it again.
I hope the luck bucks up for both of you very soon,

Good job the cruise was cancelled, that should go a way towards the bill.

Seriously, what a bummer.
