I read through that list too - quite hilarious.

My neighbour has front door hinges that 'scream' (not just squeak), and when he wanders up and down the concrete stairwell in his boots at all times of the day and night, often 'shouting' (not just talking) to himself or his visitors, I sometimes wish he didn't have 'learning difficulties' so he would understand if I told him what hassle he causes.
