Quote Of The Day?

Watching how it's made,
The narrator talking about newspapers, he said the following then my maths can't work out how good it is can you?

"This newspaper is wonderful for the environment because the paper they use is mostly 100% recycled".

My thought process gets as far as if it's mostly, then it isn't 100%, but I sort of go into a loop after that.
Please help.

It's like those those disinfectant sprays/liquids that kill 99.9% of all known germs....

A little margin of error - like human beings -there's always one that will make it in the worst of hypotheses!

Survival of the fittest, the exception that proves the rule, the square peg -which do you hink you are Less? I like to think I'm a bit square at times...!:D
