such a nice building left to rot.Its a shame but it will probably be pulled down now like the building thats used to be accross from it which were also left to rot.

was it last year or the year before when the area was closed because a building next to it was falling apart into the road as well ?

A property at a T junction gets bad Feng Shui

Why is a T-Junction House Considered Bad Feng Shui?

"A T-junction house is considered bad feng shui for several reasons. The main reason is the fact that the Chi coming directly from the road is rushing too strong towards the house and in most cases negatively affects the energy of the T junction house.

In many cases you can feel how the energy of the T-junction literally "hits" the house with sharp, aggressive, Sha chi quality energy. This happens especially if the house has no landscaping around it and it is very close to the road."

Church bus shelter crushed by falling brickwork (From Lancashire Telegraph)

So it wasn't the Commercial but a wall next to the bus shelter.

So to sum up, only unlucky, people that tend to be bad should live at a T junction?

Does this mean we clear out the prisons? From now on if convicted of a crime everyone is moved to the houses on a T junction?

Mag's you always amaze me.

I see that MargaretR is jumping to conclusions again.
Even if it was the Commercial it would not be effected by this Feng shui. The “Energy” would have shot straight past as it is not directly opposite Market St. (used to be a cross roads) So, can you explain, why this wall did collapse, with Fegn Shui?

I never said it did.

The collapsed wall is not at the T junction so fell due to the demolition work (maybe carelessly) going on inside the building at the time.

Feng Shui is an ancient far eastern practice derived from the idea that there is a 'life force' in everything (chi) and men can learn to manipulate it to their advantage.

It translates as what hippies describe as good and bad 'vibes'.

If you have never had the feeling of 'vibes' in a location you might as well be a brick wall yourself:)

Yes, well, perhaps a duck was trying to prove it is only a stones throw from the canal?
