I seriously can't think of anything that makes me angry enough to send to room 101.

Studying Zen must be having some effect.

Alone - stress free - experiencing absolute calm :D

I'm sure your study of Zen helped you through the trying times of the renovations/work on the building where you live.
I suppose it must be good to be able to divorce yourself from the external pressures of what is going on.
If I didn't need to go out and about, then maybe these things I have posted would not irritate me.....I wouldn't know about them....so couldn't care about them.

The idiots who drive at 50mph in the middle lane of the motorway for miles and miles and despite all the traffic behind, Will not move over to the correct lane.

There was a woman driver ( not that I am calling women drivers) in the middle lane on the M62 at 2 am one morning with no other vehicles in view driving at 45 mph . I over took her and moved back into the LH lane but still she carried on as if it was her right.

The Maxi's taxi drivers who sit outside my house at 10am blowing their horn to let my wife's carer know they are there.
Then they flick their cigarette butt out of the car window when the carer gets in the car.

People who don't say "thank you" when you hold a door open for them in shops, public buildings etc. When it happens, I usually say "that's quite alright, don't mention it" in a very loud voice.

Anyone that flys the Union flag upside down. (about half of Accy). It's unforgivable that government employees get it wrong. Maybe the flags should only be sold with instructions?

Oscar, there are a lot of people who do not know that there is right way and a wrong way about flying the Union Flag.....and maybe this is because we don't fly it enough.

Why don't you like those? They give you an idea what the traffic is like ahead of you.
