Interesting description of cyber bullying and the law, if you feel you have evidence against someone, that has breached the law, should you report them.

Or should this be restricted to minors, and once your an adult you should just get I've it?

Well despite appearances, that website is directed at adults, so the Scots seem to think that bullying of adults exists.

My answer to the thread title is just a few months back when I was caught speeding. Regarding cyber bullying, I hope not.

simple it was done on my iphone and im notorious for sending without checking, as you yourself have noted on more than one occasion,
should read "get over it"

Only time for me was back in 1998. I was in the passenger seat and was not not wearing a seatbelt when we was pulled over. I was fined £15
