Playing in the arcade
 

Hi,
Can someone please tell me why we have to make a post on the forum to play in the arcade.
Sometimes I don`t want to post on the main topic of the day, today & yesterday it`s been Margaret Thatcher, and as I was a bit too young when she came to power,and although it`s been interesting reading other peoples views on the subject, I feel I don`t really know enough about her to make a valid contribution to the thread and don`t want to clog up threads by making a post just for the sake of it.

You can always contribute financially to the site(it is a worthy cause and lots of us do it because we get enjoyment from the site) that way the arcade is open to you, even if you have made no posts.

yes, you can.
I started to pay subscriptions a few years ago. I get a lot of enjoyment out of the site, and it doesn't run for nothing...so I figured I should pay something for the privilege.....it doesn't have to be a lot...you can choose the level of subscription.
In my opinion, it is worth every penny.

I know running sites like this cost money and not knocking donations in any way at all, just not looked into it yet, only been a member here for a few weeks. Will definitely look into it though.

Oh...I wasn't giving you the hard sell. Just my perspective on why I am an Accyweb supporter.

If I had been giving you the hard sell your right arm would have been up your back and your left hand would have your wallet in it :D

Well you wimp, a real man would never allow his wife anywhere near his wallet, he would tell her in no uncertain terms the contents of my wallet are mine and mine alone.

Then he would politely ask her for a little bit of cash so that he can buy some food for the moths he is allowed to keep in it!
