Beer And Well, Beer.

Every now and then I buy some take home beer, (as if I never have enough in the pub),

Now I have no problem with cask, or drink it even though it might taste rough but it's natural.

I look along the shelves and now and then pick up something different.

Today I picked up 24 bottles of something called Biere, now, even I know this is French for piste poor lager, but it was SOooo cheap even I couldn't resist, what the hey it will last me through tonight.

Well, here I am half way through the case, mainly because it's in bottles smaller than babycham came in.

It does have me thinking though, fortunately not about anything profound.

24 bottles, the beer to brew = next to nowt.

Am I actually buying the bottles to re-cycle and the beer comes free?

Darned sure the glass is worth more.
:)

Nah, the one I have is useless, I had it under my bed, used it as a guzzunder for about three months, saved me having to get up too often during the night.

It was puzzling for a while, never needed emptying, then I noticed the drainage holes in the bottom of it!
