Paranoid

So here I am having a couple of pints in my local, in come the window cleaners, they are having a bit of banter between each other, the younger of the two jumps onto the windowsill next to me and as he does this declares to his mate, nothing anyone does could make him paranoid.

Well, not wishing to mind my own business, I asked, can I challenge that?

He did look surprised but thought about it and said go on then try.

I reached out and rubbed the back of his leg, he did a triple sumersalt worthy of an Olympian, (and the landing was perfect).

His mate and I couldn't stop laughing!

All I rely on is instinct, if someone declares something, usually it means they have their own doubts, nothing better than helping those doubt's along!

Most folk experience suspicious or irrational thoughts from time to time ;)

These fears are described as "paranoia" or being paranoid when they are exaggerated and there is little evidence that they are true, similar to when I watch the news or read things in the papers ;)

It could be worse, how lonely must it be for someone with paranoia if they discover no-one can be bothered to hate them?
