Yes, Less...It is like all those keep fit Dvd's.
Just buying them doesn't make you fit or help you lose weight....you have to actually use them.

I went to see a physiotherapist recently, she gave me several sheets of exercises to do for my bad back.

Are you saying that I actually need to do them and the paper doesn't fix my back?
