Deaf by the time they reach adulthood
 

When I was a teenager,blip years ago my dad use to say you'll be deaf by the time you've grown up.All because I listened to 'pop' music.I often wonder what he would have to say about the morons today who bomb up and down on these scramble bikes and Their pretend racing cars.At least I only annoyed my next door neighbours not half the bloody town,why is it Allowed? I know what I'd like to do with the muppets.....up against a wall and:uzi::uzi::uzi::uzi:

Your argument has gone straight out the window. So annoying your next door neighbours was all right, was it? Sounds like a case of people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones, or the pot calling the kettle black.

Doh !! I'm not talking about a 'state of the arts' Bang +Olefson sound system.Back in the early '60s the best you could get was a bog standard 'Dansett'.Anyway,I was speaking metaphorically, also I was in my HOME not up and down every Street in the town.
Now, if you must 'nit-pick',I was also only allowed to play pop music for 1hr after tea,AGAIN not all day and into the early hours,nor did my little Dansett endanger life , my 'singing along however, now that is debatable.
So Michael 1954, if that is your only argument, you have totally lost the plot young man.

Read your words that I have quoted. Are you now saying you didn't annoy your neighbours? I can only comment on what you have written.

Do you srutonise every thing you read,or am I being over sensitive?

This is a discussion forum, so I will reply whether you like it or not. Just for your information I am also annoyed by the noise of scramble bikes. I was also plagued by noisy neighbours for several years. Both are annoying to the ones on the receiving end of it, and it was you who made the comparison.

It would help if you think before you write.
