What Is There You Hate?
For me, it's sleeping, I spend far too much time doing it, if only we could stay awake, how much more could we achieve?
Excuse me but ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
Less, you are going to regret asking that question!
I really dislike that TV ad...'are you gonna Bingo' I also dislike the fact that my other half rarely closes drawers or cupboards. I have nearly had my eye out on a couple of occasions. I dislike tripe....and oysters(I have never tried oysters....they look like something coughed up by a TB sufferer). I don't like it when people on public transport have, what should be, a private conversation on their mobile phone. I really really dislike the use of bad language in films, plays, songs....and life in general. The English language has a wealth of alternative words to the Anglo-Saxon stuff. I dislike the fact that some parents let their 'little darlings' run riot in public places. I hate it when the person cutting your hair asks 'have you got a holiday planned?'....one they aren't interested, and two...I just want my hair trimmed so get on with it. I don't like curry...the smell of it makes me heave. I am not a fan of celery, coriander or cinnamon. I can think of many many more....but I will stop there. As I have got older my list of dislikes grows longer by the hour....but sleeping.....no that will never be one of my dislikes. |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
I’ll use the word ‘detest’ rather than ‘hate’ – so here goes just some of the things I detest:
Putting the shopping away – actually I don’t like shopping in general. Rude people – saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ doesn’t take much effort. People who block the shopping aisles chatting and won’t budge, even when politely asked to. Peeling potatoes. Peeling apples. Being in confined spaces – would rather walk up 12 flights of stairs than get into a lift. Reality T.V. shows. Adverts that dominate a T.V. show. Grumpy people. Smart Alecs – those that think they know more than me, I detest these because they probably do (doesn’t take much). Inefficiency from people who should know better. Politicians – and I do hate what they are doing to this country (Australia). I think that's enough for now. |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
Another from me....the use of terminology like 'gender neutral'....'gender fluid'....non binary gender. It irritates the bejasus out of me.
You only need to look in your underwear to find out what gender you are....if it contains danglers....you are MALE.... if it doesn't you are FEMALE...get over yourself. Like you can wake up one morning and say 'today Matthew, I am going to be Cyril'....for goodness sake....those shirt potatoes give the game away...you cannot get away from being Shirley. |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
I told you I had a long list.
Another one of my dislikes is the nanny state telling me what I can eat. Taking sugar out of my drinks and replacing it with chemical substitutes. I am quite able to regulate my own appetite for what the health professionals/experts might believe is harmful to me. So butt out! Hey....maybe this what is responsible for those poor souls who do not know what gender they are/want to be. Maybe these chemicals are gender benders...or worse |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
Cars being driven with either a headlight out or defective rear lights.
large reel toilet roll holders fitted at the same height as a conventional domestic one. (they are designed differently.) People always saying "sorry" just because they came round the same corner as you etc. |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
People that decide that the middle of a supermarket aisle is where they need to have annual get together and chinwag. :(
Politicians. This: "Inefficiency from people who should know better." Electricians who think that they are the only ones that know about electrickerly. |

The police turn up sirens blazing telling folk to go away in short jerky movements, we're here now you are too thick to deal with this. (They use the same condescending attitude whenever they are around). |

These things scare the pips out of me when they go wrong....and I would never hesitate to seek out their professional expertise. I am also in awe of those who understand the internal workings of computer gadgets. So they do not irritate me...they are saviours. |

The EU

Re: What Is There You Hate?
Me too.....the mention of the organisation puts my back up.
|
Re: What Is There You Hate?
I can only Apologize i hate the E.U. Big Time.
|
Re: What Is There You Hate?
Why would you need to apologise for hating a bullying, undemocratic, money gobbling corrupt organisation?
Hating the EU does not mean you hate the countries in the EU.....it is the Brussels bureaucracy and the political organisation that is being criticised. |

After all, we can then get back to the good old standards of man=cannon fodder and women provides the population to fight. Can't be much more of a useless idea than inventing laws to stop everyone offending unatural minorities? |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
OK to add something else, as it just happened.
I hate it when you ask a simple question on Amazon, hoping to get information about a product and all you get is replies from people that say: "I don't know" - If you don't know the answer then don't blooming well reply you muppets! |
Re: What Is There You Hate?
I have often answered questions about product I have bought, but never ever have I said 'I don't know'.

They have to walk around together because no-one else likes them and if they did dare to wander alone revenge would be taken for all their misdeeds. IF and it's a big IF, I ever wanted to play bingo it would not be in the same room as the type of person displayed in this advert. |
