Have now taken time to check. I will admit to 14 of them, but not telling anybody which ones!

By the way, Lettie, you could have added "Have you ever fallen asleep in the pub?" - can't get out of that one! However, I claim pressure of work and may even admit to advancing years!

Mind you, if I had been sober, I would never have set out to seduce David (more decorum, not lack of desire!) so sometimes it works out well.

Lettie - where did you get all these from? NOT personal experience, I trust.

Reminded me of two things -

One of my colleagues, after a drunken day at the races (Goodwood, office do), after getting back into London on the organised coach, set off to go home to Camberwell. Some hours later, he woke up on Sheerness Beach. He has no idea how he got there at all.

Years before, lost a university friend after a very heavy party, no sign of him for two days. When he finally surfaced, we asked him what had happened. He said he had fallen asleep on the way home and woken up in Sheffield. When we pointed out that he actually lived in Chalk Farm in North London, he said "I think I must have changed at Kings Cross".

Never done that, either.

Hehehe Pendy, they're not all from personal experience. I will admit to 20 of them but I'm not saying which ones. My memory is a bit hazy on some of the others so there may be 1 or 2 more than 20. I have fallen asleep in a pub though. I don't know why I didn't include that one. Having said that I have also fallen asleep on buses and trains and in the pictures (Lord of the Rings) had a little micro nap during that one.:D

I fell asleep during the overnight showing of War and Peace at the Renoir cinema years ago, and I was stone cold sober! I STILL don't know how it ends.....
