Did anyone watch on t.v last night FIRST LOVE/SECOND CHANCE??.......
Call me soft but hubby fell asleep in the break and I am glad he did, because I had tears in my eyes and the lump in my throat was killing me. I do think I am getting softer in my old age but I really enjoyed the programme and didn't expect the outcome to be what it was.

right sorry if I am waffling abit but I have to tell you now.

This woman and fella had met abroad when she was 18years old and as us women do, she fell head over heels in love, but then the holiday finished and she never saw him again.
So she got the chance to meet up with him (now in her 30's) and see what he is like. She has a ten year old son now and everything has changed. So they met up and she went and stayed with him for a week at his mum's house and, at first it seemed like they were'nt going to hit it off, then he went to her house for a week and he met her son and everything, they got on really well (who couldn't he was such a little sweetheart was the little lad) then after the show the fella went home, they then had to post a message to each other saying how they felt about each other, it turns out that they were both madly in love with each other still but couldn't tell each other because they didn't know how the other one felt. Anyway at the end of the programme it announced that they will be getting married this summer awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww............TEARS IN MY EYES AGAIN.

YOU WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT THEN!! me telling it and you watching it is 2 different things!! it's one of them things that stick with you, it was lovely. Right enough of the soppy stuff (this is doing nothing for my reputation)lmao.

It wasn't a film by the way ohhhhhhhhhhhhh NO this was true!! it was a documentry, thats what made it so lovely (right enough I said I am well hard and do not cry at silly soppy stuff) YOU HEAR ME!!:mad:
