sky jobs.

if you are looking for a job. have you considered sky tv. they are currently looking for 800 installers nationwide and are having a massive recruitment drive. ive recently got a job with them. full training is provided and all you have to do is demonstrate your customer focus in a telephone interview to be reccomended for an assessment day. if you are successfull in an interview they will hold you in a que until a post becomes available. it is the way haed . i think.

Don't want to sound like a pedant but how do you know they are a good company to work for if you've only just started? I don't know of anyone who would willingly start at a company they thought was bad. Its how you feel after 5-10 years that tells you if they are a good company or not.

i have a friend been there for a few years. i have also spoken to half a dozen engineers. none of them have had any complaints. what more can i say. you have a valid point though i will give you that. but how many people genuinely think their company is a good one after 5 yrs plus.

It sounds like fun installing mini dishes in the wind and rain while up a ladder drilling 10mm holes into Accy NORI's. After all you can spend at most 15 mins inside plugging the box in before you have to go to your next installation outside in the wind and rain again.
