Cook and bar staff wanted
 

I will be taking over a small pub in accrington at the start of june, and will be looking for a full time cook to prepare and cook good quality pub food, previous experiance would be an advantage. I am looking at just serving food at lunchtime to start off with and see how it goes from there . This is not a large kitchen and would be working on own most of time, extra help will be given as trade pics up.
I will also be needing part time bar staff, weekdays and weekend evenings mainly. Pref with experience of working in town centre pub.

Perhaps she/he doesn't want the present bar staff to know their days are numbered? (Mere speculation on my part, but what the hey, it boosts the post count on this thread).:D

I would not call the Bridge a town center pub
he might still be waiting for his licence to come through and does not want anyone getting it first.:thepint::thepint::thepint:

I have PM'd, but not heard anything back yet! Wouldn't mind getting back behind the bar, somewhere a bit different to the con club!

I have my own personal license but finding somewhere decent to run is hard work round here :rolleyes:
