If you are lucky enough to get a job interview, I wouldn't mention that washing up is 'agonising', or 'nor worth the pay'.

Not what any potential employer wants to hear.

The fact that he has 'experience' in washing up tickled me somewhat

good on you pal, at least you are working and are gaining experience, a lot of people on here don't know the meaning of work, good luck for the future

There you go.

Offer to iron Duggie's underpants for £9.50.

Undercut Mrs Mop by fifty pence.

Survival of the fittest.

Free market economy.

Bit of dusting, run round with the vacuum cleaner.

Just don't start pulling your face if you have to wash a few pots, saying it's 'agonising'.

You've heard of Mystic Meg?

Well he's like Accy Web's Septic Peg.

As well as being able to tell from a post, if someone's in work or not, they have the gift of knowing what peoples' cashpoint withdrawls are for.

By the way, as for us thinking £20,000 is 'a lot of money'.

I'm with Naomi Campbel on this one.

I wouldn't get out of bed for that.

;)

By the way, it was a serious point.

When I've been interviewing young people for jobs.

Impressed if someone's already been working, and will have references.

Not so impressed if they complain about the work, and their pay, in a previous job.

Much better to say what you did enjoy about it.

An employer will probably think you'll soon be moaning, and slaggin' them off.

Twenty grand a year.

Paying his cleaner over the odds.

Sounds a bit of a swanker.

Talking of rhyming.

:rolleyes::D
