Right, looking at the photo more closely, I think its on the block facing where Boots the chemist USED to be, possibly over what was once the Halifax bank, or certainly somewhere in that region Yes? Am I getting warmer? ;)

If you are in the libaray Atarah then go down to the yorkshire bank turn left walk up blackburn rd to the bed shop and look across the road .
