Well ... lets have a think. For a start, the property has been renovated. The stonework is lovely and clean, so therefore sandblasted. Now ... who lives in a house like this ....

Mez, the Old Church Con Club is built of Nori Brick (although there is stonework round the tradesmans entrance....and I would assume if it was the Church Con Club, the stone would read Church Con Club, and not Accy & Church Co-Op....or maybe I'm wrong...

Still thinking on the Co-op photo. I am not sure, but I believe the Co-op in Huncoat had a similar sign, but ... a) dont really know Huncoat and b) I suppose if the property in Huncoat has been knocked down, this "sign" could have been rescued and placed elsewhere .. in which case .. Pass! Dunno!
